Tara Stanton, Bournedale 2nd grade teacher

Ms. Stanton was born in October and her hometown is Holyoke, MA.  She went to college at Elms College (undergrad) and Lesley (graduate).
Favorite teacher? My favorite teacher was Sr. Marlene, my high school English teacher. Her great passion for literature inspired me become an avid reader.
If you were not in education, what other profession would you like to attempt? I loved doing theater when I was younger, so I would have loved to have been a Broadway performer.
Do you have pets? I have two dogs: a lab/husky named Ella and a yorkie-poo named Louie

Where is the farthest place you have ever traveled? Ireland
Favorite Food? Cheese; hummus; veggie fajitas
Hobbies or Activities/Organizations you are active in? I love spending time with my two boys and their activities are now mine. :)  I am very active on different committees at school, such as the mentoring program, the Sibs team, and the report card committee.  I love going to the theater!
